If you are not satisfied with our service, You are welcome to request a full refund. Refunds will only be made if the call was made in the last 30 days & you can provide evidence of the call on your phone bill.
Refunds are made at our standard rate of 7pence per minute & will correspond with you via email. Infopool will not refund your providers charges, to complain about your providers charges contact them directly. To start you refund contact email@example.com with the following details:
- Your name & phone number
- Your Address
- A copy of your phone bill with the number you called on it
- The time and date of the call you made
- The number you dialled
Refunds are made by cheque to the name on the telephone bill, Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your valid claim.
