Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, You are welcome to request a full refund. Refunds will only be made if the call was made in the last 30 days & you can provide evidence of the call on your phone bill.

Refunds are made at our standard rate of 7pence per minute & will correspond with you via email. Infopool will not refund your providers charges, to complain about your providers charges contact them directly. To start your refund contact refunds with the following details:

  1. Your name & phone number
  2. Your Address
  3. A copy of your phone bill with the number you called on it
  4. The time and date of the call you made
  5. The number you dialled

Refunds are made by cheque to the name on the telephone bill, Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your valid claim.
