Buzz of a spin-off called ‘Young & Sofia’ came into the limelight in 2016, but no developments. The movie could depict the life of Gabi’s best friend Sofia Rodriguez. Another spin-off to sum up the events at the end of season 5 was announced in 2018. However, it got canceled later as well.

Whatever the supposed plot may be, the fans feel robbed of a satisfactory conclusion. Cliffhangers often feel like an improper ending for a show. However, ‘Young & Hungry’ can categorize as a great show.
